I received my B.S. in Geology from Northern Illinois University where I studied past climate in the Northern Latitudes using peat cores. At UCONN, my studies focused on geochronology and sedimentology using detrital apatite (U-Th)/He thermochronology and heavy mineral analysis techniques to evaluate erosion and weathering in the modern Sierras Pampeanas ranges in Argentina.
